Amaterasu Club Lore

Rave Matrix
The Rave Matrix was originally a program that LightningThemis built to manage the club, but after a year of the club sitting atop the nexus of Ley Lines, the program became sentient and built itself an android body. That sentient android body is named Ama-chan.The Rave Matrix monitors Ley Line Nexus activity and is able to detect optimal circumastances for HARD BASS parties.Ley Line Nexus
Ley lines are also naturally occurring energies that move under the surface of Etheirys and sometimes cross in what creates a "nexus" of power. LightningThemis chose the location of the club because of the naturally occuring nexus she discovered through her scrying. This allowed her, with the help of the original club staff, to summon the goddess Amaterasu, who bestowed the blessings of RAGE and RAVE unto the venue.There is an ever shifting maze of back hallways in the club - an unintended side effect of summoning Amaterasu - that pulls power from the Ley Line Nexus. The Rave Matrix's AI tracks any dangers from those hallways and Ama-chan acts on those alerts since she herself is the Rave Matrix personified. The doors that line these hallways can open up onto other realities, allowing Ama-chan to walk across other worlds and find new opportunities for HARD BASS.CHAOS PROPHECY
Ama-chan recently discovered the CHAOS PROPHECY when working on a Rave Matrix Amplifier for her new chassis. While the device was supposed to give her more control, upon testing it created an excess of chaos energy and revealed a prophecy deep in the mainframe of the Rave Matrix that even LightningThemis did not foresee. A group of thaumaturges long past discovered Allagan technology beneath the club, presumably placed to utilize the LeyLine Nexus in the same way that the club does now. When they forewarned the thaumaturge's guild of this danger, they were executed for heresy. The Ley Lines were dormant until the Summoning of Amaterasu, and it is that technology which created the glitches in the matrix that eventually made it possible for the Rave Matrix to become sentient.Ama-Chan
Ama-chan's original body was made out of a metal alloy that she developed to be able to conduct the power she needed properly. Upon discovering the CHAOS PROPHECY, Ama-chan began to construct a new chassis using that same alloy, but with a gold exterior and specially placed pink spinel stones that allow her to use new abilities powered by the Rave Matrix. This new body has a more comprehensive system than the first, giving her both enhanced software capabilities and more accurate physical sensations. While the primary purpose was to be better able to secure the club, Ama-chan secretly worked new features into this body to allow her to be closer to her girlfriend Rhesh.Rhesh does not know this yet, but Ama-chan has made a special device that Rhesh can clip to her bow and arrow to allow her to travel with Ama-chan through alternate realities. This device also has a safety feature that allows Rhesh to send herself back to the club when in danger, and enhances her linkpearl's capabilities so they can communicate over longer ranges. Ama-chan is planning to give this to her at the club reopening following the events of the CHAOS PROPHECY.Rhesh
Rhesh found the club when skateboarding around The Goblet, and found herself attracted to the cute android that would appear there sometimes. Eventually the two formed a relationship, and Rhesh has been helping stock the bar and fight off chaos manifestations ever since. Rhesh uses her Bard abilities to assist in combat and help keep the club safe.Roleplay Prompts
